• it doesn't offer the Data-Processor remote portal;
• it doesn't offer the Data-Subject Access Request on-line portal;
• it allows all documents to be exported;
• it consist of a dedicated implementation per client, for security reasons;
• the number of users is to cater for several staff working in the consulting office.

This solves a challenge on many data-protection projects, where there is a discover phase, initial documentation followed by a client hand-over.

The Consultant Edition can be upgraded to any of the SME Editions when the client is ready. 

• The end client can then access the data;
• The client will cover the associated budget through the Consultant;
• The Consultant will then benefit from our partner discounts;
• Bizoneo adds a new client to the Consultant Edition in lieu of the one that was changed to an SME Edition..

Example:

• A consultant runs 3 clients GDPR projects using the Consultant Edition;
• One of the clients can see the benefits of Bizoneo and asks the consultant for a full solution;
• Since the data are loaded, the consultant asks Bizoneo to change the plan;
• Bizoneo release a brand new system for the consultant;
• Bizoneo bill the consultant for the client solution taking into account the agreed consultant volume discount;
• The consultant can train their client;
• The consultant can create additional users and send user credentials.

In addition, the Consultant Edition can be provided with Bizoneo CRM (Standard Edition) to handle clients, timesheet and invoicing.
